February 22, 2001
The Honorable Tom Feeney Dear Representative Feeney: I respectfully request that you please keep track of the action we are taking against The Florida Bar. You have previously received a copy of a Petition for Writ of Mandamus that we filed with The Supreme Court of Florida. The Writ was proffered to force the Court to hear our grievance against The Florida Bar caused by its colluded and conflicted suppression of our rights against unethical attorneys. You may remember, that upon our original filing, the Writ was returned by the Clerk. We resubmitted the Writ with a very clear and uncompromising demand that it be handled in a procedurally correct manner. On February 16, 2001, we received Acknowledgment of a New Case, SC-01-299 (copy enclosed). Interestingly, January 16, 2001 was given as the filing date, the original date the Writ was received before being returned by the Clerk, and resubmitted by us. We are elated that the Petition for Writ of Mandamus has identity. We are certain that something will occur as a result of the Writ. The issue now is what and when? We ask for your attention to this matter, as it might clearly illustrate the oppressive nature of The Supreme Court of Florida. If we have a tyrannical system, one in which the Rule of Law has no meaning, one in which there is no fairness, no equity, no justice - where what is right can be suppressed and where wrongs that injure, destroy dignity, and rob us of our prosperity can go unpunished, then it will be incumbent upon you and others in the legislature, to take the steps necessary to restore our freedom, our liberty. I believe that this is the most important issue you will ever deal with as an elected official. Very truly yours,
