Ladies and Gentlemen of the Committee,
The intent of Joseph Pulitzer was to make certain that the newspapers continued their task of fully informing the public and thereby protecting the freedoms of the people. Joseph Pulitzer "would have been pleased to know that in the conduct of the Pulitzer Prize system, which he later established, more awards in journalism would go to exposure of corruption than to any other subject." In this regard, I have provided the following newspapers information regarding a corrupt and conflicted system which governs the ethics of practicing attorneys in the state of Florida; to wit, the unfair disciplinary practices with regard to lawyers employed by or insured by the Bar sponsored insurance company. My correspondence to these newspapers has been ongoing for in excess of twelve months. It needs to be brought to the attention of the Pulitzer Prize Committee that these newspapers are refusing to acknowledge or publish any information regarding this conflicted and corrupt system to the detriment of the citizens in the State of Florida and to the Nation.
