Ms. Meryl M. Lanson,

Re: Your inquiries to the Court

Dear Ms. Lanson:

The various inquiries for information that you have sent to the Court recently have been directed to me for a response. As I previously indicated to you, the Court will not investigate a complaint concerning a determination made by The Florida Bar that there is no basis to find probable cause against an individual attorney. If you have new information that you feel warrants a new consideration of this matter, you should bring that to the attention of the appropriate officials at The Florida Bar.

As I also indicated in my previous letter, any further response on my part could be construed as providing you legal advice, which I am prohibited from doing. I can only suggest to you that if you feel you have a claim against your former attorney, you should retain a new attorney, so that any rights you may have are not lost.

I am sorry I cannot be of more assistance.
