I have no choice but to "abandon" the matter as I have no authority over it that does not mean that your information cannot continue to be reviewed.

Yours truly yours,

Edith G. Osman

Dear Ms. Osman,

As I was well aware months ago the date your rein would end, I fully expected this response from you although I sincerely hoped I would be proven wrong. Why would you ask someone to provide information "as a next step" and then abandon your responsibility in pursuing the matter? As I said before this situation will not go away because you and others at The Florida Bar continue to ignore me.

Sincerely,

Meryl L. Lanson

As you may know I am no longer President of the Florida Bar, effective June 23, 2000. I therefore have no further ability to deal with grievance matters. All information is with the Florida Bar.

Yours truly yours,

Edith G. Osman
