Subject: FW: Grievance Complaint

Dear Ms. Osman

For your information, the following is from Kathi Lee Kilpatrick. Please inform me who has the voluminous package that I sent to you that was to be reviewed, objectively, and free of conflict of interest. Since the information I sent to you clearly shows that staff at The Florida Bar, including Ms. Kilpatrick, was derelict in their duties as pertains the Grievance against Messrs. Kopplow and Cooper, what acceptable and impartial panel will now review the information that I sent you, with cover letter, dated June 3, 2000.

I am fully aware that you are no longer the President of The Florida Bar, but since you were when this information was provided, at your request, I would assume that it is within your realm of duty and obligation to see that the proper parties are informed of the seriousness of this situation and will, accordingly, take appropriate action.

I know you must understand, if, in fact, you reviewed the file, that I have truth on my side as an esteemed officer of the court, you know that truth and justice must and will prevail. It would be so much easier for you all to deal with the problem than hope that it will go away - for that will never be.

Respectfully,

Meryl M. Lanson
